Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2–5 days before shipment. Processing times may increase during holidays or periods of high demand. Once an order enters production, it may not be canceled or changed.

2. Fulfillment From Multiple Facilities

We use more than one fulfillment location. Depending on the items purchased, your order may arrive in separate packages.

3. Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping options and delivery estimates vary by product type and the facility fulfilling your order. The correct methods for each product will appear at checkout.

Facility A (General Apparel)

Standard: 10–15 days — FREE
Priority: 7–10 days — $10

Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Area

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. International shipping is not available.

5. Tracking Information

Tracking information is sent by email once each package ships. Tracking links may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

6. Delays & Carrier Issues

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Carriers may experience delays due to weather, seasonal volume, regional disruptions, or other factors. While we help where possible, we cannot control carrier performance.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
For packages lost in transit (never delivered), contact us for assistance with a carrier claim.
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Replacements are evaluated case-by-case.

8. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require an additional fee for reshipment. Address changes are not guaranteed once production has started.

9. Special Processing Times

Made-to-order or pre-order items may require additional processing time. Any extended timelines will be listed on the product page.
